The entrance to the parking garage is on Lavaca Street on the east side of City Hall, just past the loading dock. Upon entering the garage, look for the signs that say "Public" which will guide you to the public parking area. Take a ticket at the booth and find parking anywhere on P1, P2 or P3. Be sure to take your ticket with you to get it validated.
